Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SolarSathi ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

SolarSathi is an aggregator platform that connects homeowners and businesses with solar brands, installers, and distributors across India. We provide comparison tools, verified reviews, and quote request services. We do not sell solar products or installations directly; we facilitate connections between users and third-party providers.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we suspect of fraudulent activity.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or other users' accounts.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our permission.
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent (except as expressly permitted).

When you submit an enquiry or request a quote, we share your information with the brands or installers you select or who match your criteria. By submitting an enquiry, you consent to being contacted by those parties.
We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, or that any quote will meet your expectations. The terms of any installation or purchase are between you and the respective brand or installer.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality of any brand, installer, or product listed on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolarSathi and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SolarSathi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these terms.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
