- 5 HP pump: Market price crosses Rs 3 lakh. After subsidy, your share drops to Rs 60,000 to Rs 65,000.
- 7.5 HP to 10 HP pump: These larger pumps, meant for bigger fields, cost Rs 85,000 to Rs 1,15,000 after subsidy.
Think of it like buying a car with most of the down payment already covered by someone else. You still pick the model that suits your land, but the bill looks a lot friendlier.
How do you apply for the subsidy?
