These panels can also perform well in high heat. This matters in cities such as Jaipur, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, and many other parts of India. Solar panels lose some output as their temperature rises, so a panel with a better temperature coefficient can give more useful power on hot days.

Does the highest efficiency always mean the highest output?
No. A panel with a high rating can still produce less power if the installer places it under shade or at the wrong angle. Even a water tank, nearby tree, or overhead cable can affect output. Dust can also reduce generation, which is why rooftop panels need regular cleaning.

What about bifacial solar panels?
Bifacial panels can produce power from both sides. They work best when sunlight can reach the rear side through a reflective surface. They are more common in open installations and large projects. On a typical home roof, their extra benefit may be limited if the panel sits close to the roof or has no space below it.

Also check the warranty terms, service support in your city, cleaning needs, and whether the system qualifies for any current government subsidy.
